Basic Flight Information

Pets are not required to be crated and they are free to be in-flight with you. If your pet would be more comfortable or relaxed in a crate or carrier, we encourage you to provide one to make you and your pet's trip more enjoyable. Pets traveling to the United States will be required to have all shots up to date and travel with all necessary papers.
All passengers including children traveling to the United States will require a passport.
Disabilities - Please check with us regarding your exact needs or questions. We will gladly accommodate all passengers to the best of our abilities.
Security and Baggage
Baggage weights and limitations are based on aircraft capacities.
Carry on luggage is available to you during your flight as well as food and drinks are allowed on the aircraft, as there is no in-flight service.
Firearms for sport purposes will be carried as baggage provided the passenger possesses the required permit/licence and, provided that such firearms are disassembled or packed in a suitable case. Explosives, munitions, corrosives and articles which easily ignite are restricted from allowable baggage.

Flight Cancellations
In the rare occurrence of a flight cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances we will help to provide alternate transportation for all of our passengers. Our customers are our top priority and we will do all we can to get you to your destination. We work with other transportation companies to ensure your trip is fulfilled.
Traveling to and from the United States
All passengers traveling to and from the United States will require a passport. You will be required to clear through US or Canadian Customs at your entry point in that country.
