Locally owned and operated, Kootenay Direct Airlines offers custom charter flights based out of beautiful Nelson British Columbia in the heart of the Central Kootenays.
Our Plane
We operate a Multi-Engine Piper Navajo aircraft with the capacity to accommodate up to 6 passengers, plus 2 crew, and luggage. As there is no in-flight food service we welcome our passengers to bring whatever they wish to make their flight more comfortable and enjoyable. Because our flights are all considered short, there is no lavatory on-board, full services are available prior to take off.
